Sign in
After you have opened the Netflix app, or visited the Netflix website, click Sign in to log into your account. You can then start watching TV shows and movies. Profile creation
Create profiles to allow members of your household to have their personalized Netflix experience. Your account can have up to five profiles. Each profile can be assigned a maturity level. Based on the profile’s ratings, preferences and other information, each profile will have its recommendations.
Find TV series and movies
You can search for the titles you are interested in and browse suggested titles from Netflix. After you have started rating and viewing titles, Netflix will display recommendations. You can enable subtitles and captions on many titles or browse titles using your preferred subtitle/audio language.
Manage your account
You can access your account information anytime. Profile and Parental Controls allow you to adjust content controls such as playback preferences. Language, subtitles, and more these articles will help you manage your account.

Streaming on different devices
You can switch between devices that are compatible with Netflix at any moment if you have more than one. The number of screens you can view at once is determined by your membership plan, but it doesn’t limit the number of devices that you can associate with your account. Sign in to Netflix from a different device if you wish to watch Netflix on a different device. Devices.netflix.com has more information on compatible devices. Netflix is available in more than 190 countries. You can download TV and movies from Netflix if you aren’t online. Learn what to expect when moving or traveling.
How to modify your plan
These steps will allow you to change your Netflix subscription at any time.
- Register to your Netflix Account.
- Under Plan Details, select Change Plan.(If you don’t see Change Plan, please Contact Us.
NOTE:
Your account will be placed on hold until it is resolved.
- Select the plan you wish to purchase, and then click Continue or Update.
- Choose Confirm Change or Confirm.
You can instantly change to a more expensive plan so that you can take advantage of all the extra features. Your billing date will be affected by the balance of your previous payment. Netflix is a pre-paid service. To go back to the billing date you used, please see How to Change Your Billing Date.
Next billing date will be the effective date for changing to a lower-priced package. You can still use the features on the higher-priced plan up to your next billing date.
for example, change your plans from Basic to Standard or from Premium to Standard in one month. You will not be billed for any changes to lower-priced plans.
You can cancel Netflix anytime.

Netflix can be canceled at any time.

Reset your Netflix account
Register to Netflix and choose Restart Your Membership from Any Profile.
NOTE: Reset your password after clicking the button, you’ll be redirected back to your Account page. Here you can select Add streaming plan > Restart Membership.
- After you log in to Netflix, your account inactive will be asked to start again. This will impact your billing date.
- You can keep your active account status by clicking the Restart Your Membership link from your Account You will never see your billing date change.
- You can also choose to pay by another method of payment. Please see our payment options.
