The remaining balance will be issued as a reservation credit that is valid for travel booked within 90 days. Reservation credits can be used to pay for tickets, bags, seats and fees as well as taxes.

Cancellation and change charges apply per guest:
A Guest can cancel a reservation 24 hours or less after booking for a flight seven days or more away. They are entitled to a full refund in original payment form. Guests who do not qualify for a refund will be issued a Reservation Credit. This credit will cover the balance of the original purchase, after any change, cancel or other non-refundable charges have been deducted. When making changes to an itinerary, airfare and government tax or fee differences might apply. Bookings made before April 5, 2021, are exempted from cancellation and change charges.
