We want you love the products you purchase from us. But sometimes things just don’t work out. We will make every effort to fix it. Here’s how to exchange or return it.

Unless noted below, you have a maximum of 90 days to exchange or return your purchase. We will return the purchase price in the original payment method if you provide us with your receipt. All purchases made using a gift certificate will be refunded in Merchandise credit.

Return exceptions:

30 Days

  • Smart Home Technology – Smart security and safety, smart home thermostats, and smart doorbell products are all part of smart home technology. Within 30 days, you can exchange or return the item. These items can be returned up to 1/31 for returns if they were purchased between 11/15 & 12/31.
  • Seasonal Items: Patio furniture, grills and holiday decor. Within 30 days, you can exchange or return your purchase. All Halloween costumes must be new and unworn.

60 Days

  • Electrics – Small kitchen appliances and vacuums, as well as baby monitor devices, personal care appliances, and soda machines. You can exchange or return your item within 60 days.
  • Air Mattresses – New, unopened mattresses can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Air mattresses that have been opened may be exchanged for the same item within 60 days.

Baby, Toddler, and Maternity

  • Clothing – New, unworn, baby, toddler, and maternity clothing can be exchanged or returned within 90 days of purchase.
  • Car seats and strollers – Strollers and car seats in new, unused condition may be exchanged or returned within the period of 90 days.
  • Breast Pumps – Breast Pumps that have not been opened or used in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned within 90 Days.
  • Seating and Activity Items: Pack n Plays, Highchairs, Boucers, Baby Sits, and Walkers/Entertainers must all be returned in a new, unopened condition with all packaging. Exchanges or returns are possible within 90 days.

How do I return an order that I placed online or in-store for pickup?

Online/store pickup orders can be returned in-store. Simply provide the packing slip or store return slip. We will exchange or refund the amount you paid.
