It is known for its exclusive range of athletic, casual, and dress footwear and accessories. DSW was established in Dublin, Ohio in 1991. It now has over 500 stores across 44 states and over 150 locations in Canada.
DSW acquired many high-end brands of footwear over the years including Jessica Simpson, Vince Camuto and Lucky Brand. This made it one of North America’s largest footwear companies.
DSW is also a successful design company that sources products from all over the globe. DSW also has more than 1000 distribution points around the world.
RETURN POLICY
You can return merchandise to any U.S. DSW shop or dsw.com within 90 days from the original purchase date, except merchandise marked “FINAL SALE”. To receive a full refund, you must return the merchandise unworn and undamaged along with your original receipt or packing slip. *
- If you do not have the original pack slip or sales receipt, please return it with a valid ID. You will be issued a merchandise credit equal to the current selling prices. DSW can limit the number or returns that are allowed without an original shipping invoice or sales receipt.
- Returned items with a gift receipt can be exchanged or credited as merchandise credits. Any funds credited to a returned or exchanged item at dsw.com will be issued immediately on the original payment method.
- DSW Rewards and offers only allow returns. Additional costs will not be refunded. Reward and offer redemptions will not be possible, except for exchanges that were made the same day as purchase.
- We will process your return within 7-10 business days after we receive the product.
DSW reserves the right to limit exchanges or returns regardless of receipt.
Is There a Return Fee
DSW Gold and Elite members get free return shipping All other customers will need to use the pre-paid return label. The cost of returning any item is $8.50 and will be deducted from their refund.
HOW TO PROCESS MY RETURN IF I PAID WITH PAYPAL, VENMO, AFTERPAY etc.?
PayPal will credit your refund if the entire amount of your order was paid via PayPal.
The entire refund will be given to the gift card if PayPal and gift cards were combined.
Pay with PayPal, Venmo or AfterPay to exchange your order. Shoephoria! Customer service representatives cannot log in to customer accounts to make new purchases.
How soon will I get my refund?
COVID-19 is causing delays in refunds and returns.
We will complete your exchange or return as soon as possible. Our standard return policy now allows for a full refund with receipt within 90 days of the purchase date. CAN I EXCHANGE A ITEM
If you are looking to buy the exact same item in a different color or size, exchanges cannot be made. You can exchange an item for another by following the returns procedure and placing a new order.
You can exchange your item online by confirming that FedEx has received it. Shipping costs will not be charged, and you will receive tracking information once your new item has been shipped. Prepaid labels are accepted in most countries (except Puerto Rico and International orders).
You will be charged for the exchanged merchandise if it is not returned in its original packaging and with the original shipping invoice or sales receipt.
MISSED EXCHANGE WINDOW OR RETURN?
Returns made after 60 days will be accepted with an original sales receipt/shipping invoice. No matter what form of payment, a merchandise credit will be issued.
Exchanges After A merchandise credit of any difference will be issued within 60 days.

- You can start your exchange or return by entering your order number and email.
- In the online portal, indicate which item you wish to exchange or return and then select the reason.
- Drop off your prepaid shipping label* at any FedEx location.
- This label can be used to return your order if it qualifies for free returns.
- You can use this label to return your item if your order is not eligible for free returns. To cover shipping costs, a $8.50 fee will apply to your refund.
- After you send FedEx your return/exchange, an email will be sent with tracking information.
RETURNS
Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and any funds credited to your original payment to be credited.
EXCHANGES

Once DSW has been notified by FedEx that your return package has been received, the exchanged merchandise will then be shipped to you.
