• Cancellation or modification of a booking by passengers is possible within 24 hours after purchase. No cancellation fees.
• At the time of cancelling, you must have a departure date of at least 7 days.
• Aeromexico will process your cancellation flight refund within 24 hours. However, banks and credit/debit card issuers might place a hold on funds. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business day.
• To receive a refund for reservations made after 24 hours, passengers must pay a $200 cancellation fee.

1. You will need your 6-character confirmation to cancel your Aeromexico flight. You can find your Aeromexico trip locator on the confirmation email that you received after you made your reservation.
