CANCEL AND REFUND
After 24 hours of booking, most of our hotel reservations, airline tickets, pre-paid car rental, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable. If travel has not begun and you call our customer service center to cancel, trip protection insurance will be refunded within 10 days. Cancellations must be made over the telephone only. Refund requests can only be accepted if these conditions are met.

Refund fees are assessed per passenger, per ticket basis. These fees will not be charged if the supplier has authorized a refund or received a waiver and if the airline/supplier rules allow for such refunds. If the supplier does not process the refund, we will reimburse you the post-ticketing fees applicable to the agent-assisted refund request, but not the booking fees for the original reservation. Cancellation Password:
Bookings cannot be cancelled by email or via web chat. This is for your safety. Our agents will email you a Cancellation Password that you have created when you requested Cheapoair cancel a booking. To cancel your booking, please provide the Cancellation Password that you received from Cheapoair. We may not be able cancel your request if you are unable to access your email or provide your Cancellation Password. Within 3 hours of the issue, your Cancellation Password expires.
