Agoda Cancellation Policy
Agona doesn’t charge cancellation fees unless otherwise stated in its cancellation policy.
All cancellations received after the cancellation deadline specified in the confirmation emails (including requests made during this period) will be subject to a minimum 1 (ONENIGHT) night cancellation fee unless otherwise notified in the confirmation mail.
If you fail to show up at your hotel on time, it will be considered a late cancellation.
All changes to your reservation must go through Agoda, not directly with the hotel. This includes cancellations, extensions, changes of dates, late check-out, delayed arrival, change of date, and extension of stay. Our Agoda Customer Service Specialists should be contacted if you have any questions or problems regarding your reservation before or during your stay at our hotel. All cancellations must be made within the normal business hours of 08:00-18:00 (GMT+7).

- Go to “Manage Booking”.
- Choose the booking that you wish to cancel and then cancel it.You are done!
- An email will be sent to you confirming that your booking was canceled.
Agoda Refund Policy

- Agoda will provide a quick and easy refund process. The hotel may charge a penalty if you cancel or shorten your stay in high seasons, periods of high occupancy, trade fairs, conventions, and other times. The amount that is refunded will include a penalty fee if this is incurred.
- The cancellation due date will be specified in your confirmation email. This is the deadline by which you must cancel to avoid paying a cancellation fee. The cancellation deadline is generally 14 days before your arrival at the hotel. Unless otherwise stated on the confirmation email, the penalty charge is typically one night.
- Except as stated in the cancellation policy cancellations made via any of these means will be refunded 100% of the stay’s cost (Agoda doesn’t charge a cancellation fee). Cancellations received within 10 days from receipt of the request will usually be processed. Any cancellation request received after the confirmation due date will be processed within 10 working days. Any applicable penalty charges will be deducted from the refund.
- In most cases, shorten stays will be refunded within 10 working days. Any penalty charges that may apply will not be charged. If you notify us by any of the above methods prior to your stay being cut short, we can speed up the refund process. Some shortened stay refunds can take longer if you notify us after check-out, as some hotels are slow to confirm your exact dates. We will notify you by email if your refund takes more than 10 business days to process.
Please note: Hotels will often charge a penalty fee, usually equal to one night, for a reduced stay. Be sure to read the policies of each hotel.
