The reservation will be canceled if you do not enter your confirmation number, first and last names. You may have to modify the pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, and times. This could result in changes to your rates, taxes, surcharges or underage fees. When you confirm your reservation, please refer to your updated rate quote.
What will I pay if I cancel my reservation?
North American app & website:
There is no cancellation fee if you didn’t prepay for your reservation.
These conditions apply if you have prepaid for your vehicle (applicable only in the USA and Canada):
- Cancelling your booking within 24 hours of the pick-up time will result in a full refund, minus a USD $50 cancellation fee.
- You will be refunded your full amount minus a USD $100 cancellation fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
European website & app:
- There is no cancellation fee if you didn’t prepay for your reservation.
- These conditions apply if you have pre-paid for your vehicle (only in Europe):
- If you cancel your reservation seven days in advance, there will be no cancellation fee.
- You will receive a refund of the booking amount, less a small cancellation fee, if you cancel your booking within 7 days but before the pick-up time. To find out the cancellation fee, please call (855) 266-9290.
- You will not receive a refund if you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to the pick-up time.
What happens if I do not show up to my reservation?
You will be refunded your full rental amount minus a USD $100/CAD $135 no-show fee if you do not pick it up on the agreed pick-up day.

Rental rates may be subject to change daily. This means that changing the number of days or dates could affect the daily rate.
Reservations made on third-party websites must be cancelled through that website. These websites do not allow reservations agents to cancel or change them. Please go back to the site where you booked your reservation.
How to cancel Enterprise reservation
You can cancel your Enterprise rental car reservation if you are unable to make it in time or for personal reasons.
- At first, go to the Enterprise rental website https://www.enterprise.com/.
- Click on to “VIEW/ MODIFY/ CANCEL A RESERVATION”.
- To retrieve your booking, enter the confirmation number, first name and last name.
- To find your confirmation number, you can check the mail from email id No-Care@enterprise.com, and then you can search the text ‘your reservation is confirmed.’
- You can verify your confirmation number in the email.
- You can retrieve your booking by entering the confirmation number you have received.
- To cancel, click the cancel tab.
- You will now be able to jump to the next screen. Click on the tab CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION. To confirm cancellation, click the tab.

- Rentees who cancel their booking within 7 days of their pick-up time but less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a small cancellation fee.

How long does it take for an enterprise to refund?
Enterprise will refund your checking account once the vehicle is returned by the renters. Although the refund is immediately generated, it could take up to 10 business days for your bank to reflect the amount. The time it takes to receive your refund from Enterprise will vary depending on how long you wait.
