Sirius XM Holdings Inc., an American broadcasting company, is based in Midtown Manhattan in New York City. It provides online radio services and satellite radio in the United States. It was created by the 2008 merger between Sirius Satellite Radio (XM Satellite Radio) and SiriusXM Radio. It also holds a 70% interest in Sirius XM Canada (an affiliate company that provides Sirius/XM service in Canada), which is an equity company. Sirius XM Holdings, Inc. was incorporated May 21, 2013. In January 2020, Sirius XM reorganized its corporate structure, making Sirius XM Radio Inc. a Sirius XM Holdings, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary.
How can I cancel or manage my SiriusXM service?
Many providers offer SiriusXM subscriptions. You will need to cancel your subscription and manage your account depending on which provider you signed up through. If you are unsure which provider, you purchased your service from, your bank/credit card statement can be checked. For more information, see below:
SiriusXM Direct Billed Subscriptions and Trials

Third Party Billed Subscriptions, and Trials
Subscribers bought through the SXM App, another retailer, and subscriptions billed through another entity than SiriusXM must be handled directly with the provider.
Apple
Your subscription will be billed by Apple if you have purchased via the SXM App for iOS.
Open the SXM app, tap the Settings button, then click Manage Subscription. This will immediately take effect. Apple will credit any time you have on your Streaming Music & Entertainment Plan for the new plan.
Open Settings and tap your name near the top to change your subscription plan. Select Subscriptions, then choose the SXM app and finally the Streaming music & entertainment plan. The change will be effective at the end your current billing cycle.
You can change your payment method by following the instructions on the Apple ID Management Page. Apple-billed subscriptions will be billed to your Apple ID payment option.
To cancel subscriptions purchased through the App Store on your Apple device, please follow the Apple Subscription Cancellation page. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end the current billing cycle.
Your subscription could renew if you don’t cancel within 24 hours. Your subscription will not be cancelled if you uninstall the SXM App.
Android
Google Play bills subscriptions purchased via the SXM App for Android devices, including Android TV.
Open the SXM app, tap the Settings button, then click Manage Subscription. This will immediately upgrade your subscription plan to Streaming Music & Entertainment. Google Play will credit any time you have on your Streaming Music & Entertainment Plan for the new plan.
You must cancel your Streaming Platinum subscription to change from Streaming Music & Entertainment to Streaming Platinum. However, you can continue streaming until your subscription expires at end of billing cycle. You will then need to purchase the Streaming Music & Entertainment Plan.

Roku
Roku bills subscriptions purchased via the SXM app on your Roku device.
Navigate to settings and then to manage subscriptions. You will see the option to upgrade or decrease your subscription. Upgrades automatically activate your new subscription plan, and you will be billed every month. Roku will apply a pro-rated credit towards your upgrade payment depending on how long you have been on your current plan. Your new subscription plan will start at the end your current billing cycle if you have downgraded. After your current plan expires, you will continue to have access to the higher plan. You can then start your new billing cycle.

You must visit my.roku.com from your mobile device or computer to cancel a subscription you have purchased through Roku. To cancel a subscription purchased on Roku, sign into your Roku Account.
