Zappos lets its customers cancel orders online, provided that their order status is still in “submitted” or “processing”. Nevertheless, remember that orders can sometimes be shipped quickly after placing an order. How to Cancel Zappos Order Online

Logging in to Zappos.com is the easiest way to cancel an item or complete your order. Follow these steps:

1. Click on the order number you want to cancel on your “Account Overview” page.
2. Check the items that you want to cancel, then click on Cancel Checked Items.
To be eligible for online cancellation, must have the status of Submitted or Processing.
3. Next, select the cancellation reason from the drop-down menu and click the Submit Cancellation button.
4. The next screen will show: “Thanks!” If your item(s), was successfully cancelled. Your cancellation request was successfully processed!

Some orders ship very quickly after they are placed. It may not be possible to cancel these orders or make any changes.
