Modifying your order
After your order is submitted, you have 30 minutes to make any changes.

Cancelling an order online
You have 30 min to cancel your order online. This applies regardless of whether or not you are logged into Macy’s and/or checking out as a guest. If there is no option to cancel, this means your order cannot be cancelled.
Sign in with your Macy’s Account
- Click on the Order Details link for the order you wish to cancel.
- From the Order Details page, click the Cancel Order link.
- Click “Yes” to confirm cancellation of your order after the confirmation message appears.
- An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming that your order was canceled.

How can I modify my order for curbside pickup or store?
If you are still within the change period, cancel your current order and place another one. Some items may not be available in stores and stock levels will vary between locations.
You cannot cancel an order that has been shipped to fulfillment. We recommend that you place another order if you still wish to pick up the items at your local Macy’s.
We can allow you to return the original order after it arrives. However, once the shipment has begun processing, we cannot stop it from being shipped. Start a Return

How to Make a Return
You can return in-store or by mail. Gift cards, gourmet gifts, and area rugs are not eligible for free returns. International orders cannot be eligible for free returns. Scheduled pickups in areas offering this service are subject to a charge.

If items were bought in a shop, returns must be made to the store. Online orders can be returned by mail or in person. Keep the original receipt.
A receipt is not necessary. You do not need a receipt.
