Cancel your flight

You can cancel your flight by contacting us via email or phone. You cannot cancel your flight until we have confirmed it. Please contact us as soon as possible. There are different cancellation policies for airlines. You must contact the airline directly if you cancel close to departure and during our hours of operation.

Refunds for cancelled tickets are generally not allowed by airline regulations.

We must follow the airline’s rules and cannot make exceptions. In some cases, however, it may still be possible to get airline tickets refunded. The administrative fee is then charged to the credit card used for the booking. Cancellation fees are also charged by the airline.

If you wish to cancel a booking made through us for a hotel and a flight, please contact us immediately. Sometimes, the rules of the hotel will allow for a refund. We will cancel your hotel reservation and refund the cost of your hotel, less our processing fee. These fees will be added to the cancellation fee charged by the hotel.

What is the refund process?
