Royal Caribbean offers refunds for delayed sailings and cancellations.

If you cancel a voyage or delay embarkation for three (3) days or more, and you choose not to sail on that delayed voyage or substitute voyage offered, you may be eligible for a refund (FCC) or a future credit (RSC). While we will issue future cruise credits automatically, you can contact us for a refund. Refund requests must not be made after six (6) months from the date of cancellation or the scheduled embarkation, whichever comes first.

This policy does not apply if guests are booked on chartered sailings. You must contact the third-party reseller who sold the cruise if you have been booked on a chartered sail that was cancelled or delayed for three (3) days or more.

How do I cancel a cruise?
