Nordstrom, Inc., a luxury American department store chain, was established in Seattle, Washington by John W. Nordstrom, Carl F. Wallin, in 1901. The original Wallin & Nordstrom shoe store was operated as a solely a shoe shop. In 1923, a second Nordstrom shoe store was opened. The Nordstrom Best store began selling clothes in 1963 and became the Nordstrom full line retailer by 1971.

We deal with returns individually, with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We are proud of our products and services and want customers to be happy with them. We will do everything we can to help customers. Our philosophy is to treat them fairly and reasonable. Since our inception, we have believed that fairness is a key ingredient to ensuring customers are treated fairly. Refunds are applied to the original tender used for returning items. If we decide to refund but no proof of sale is available, then we will ask for your personal identification. A Nordstrom gift card will provide a full refund at the current price.

Do you need to return something? You can no longer get return labels with your order, but you can print your own prepaid label or use a QR code at any USPS location.
Nordstrom Rack now accepts eligible returns of Nordstrom.com and Nordstrom.com merchandise. Nordstrom Rack stores cannot accept returns on fine jewelry or designer items that were purchased at Nordstrom.com and Nordstrom.com. Boutique returns must be handled at the original store where they were purchased.

2 – Pick up in Store

When your order is delivered to the store, you will receive an email. To pick up your order, go to Order Pickup We might ask for your identification. We’ll hold your order for 7 days. The order will be held for 7 days before being returned and you will receive a full refund. Please check your store’s hours.
