Walgreens Order Cancellation policy

 Walgreens allows you cancel your order within 30 days of placing it. If the cancellation deadline has passed, you can still refuse delivery of your order or return it through the official return process.

Walgreens offers full refunds to customers who cancel or return orders, even if shipping costs are included. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including prepaid cards and gift cards, phone card, seasonal products, sexual health items, hazmat or COVID-19 testing kit, as well as seasonal items.

How to Cancel Walgreens Online Orders

Follow these steps to cancel your Walgreens.com online order.

  1. Sign into your Walgreens account first. You can use the same email address you used to place your order.
  2. After logging in, go to your “Account Home” to search for the orders you’ve made recently.
  3. Once you’ve found the order you wish to cancel, click the “Need to Cancel” link. The cancellation link will not be active for more than 30 minutes after the order has been placed.
  4. You will need to confirm your cancellation request in order for your order to be cancelled.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation message with details about your refund status once your order has been cancelled.

Walgreens.com allows you to return most products within 30 days from purchase. You must include the original receipt and Order number. All Walgreens products are guaranteed to satisfy you 100%. We will reimburse all shipping costs if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase.

Walgreens reserves all rights to refuse or limit returns or exchanges. This includes if there is a risk to your health or safety, if you violate or abuse the return policy or if you are involved in fraudulent activity. Walgreens has the right to change its return policy at any time.

Restricted Products:

We are unable to accept returns on gift cards, prepaid cards, phone calls, sexual wellness products, seasonal items, COVID-19 testing kit, and/or gift cards.

Large Items:

Contact Customer Care at 1-877-252-5823 for return instructions for large items, such as lift chairs, electric wheelchairs, and scooters. These items should not be returned to a shop.

How to Return Walgreens Order

Walgreens.com and Walgreens App orders should be returned to the store. Please refer to the return policy for details.

You can bring the product along with your receipt or order number and the payment method (if applicable), to any Walgreens location within 30 days of purchase to receive immediate credit to You credit card account. Cash is also available if you have paid by check or PayPal. Your local tax rate will be applied to your refund. Returned products without receipts or orders numbers will not be accepted by the store and will be issued a gift certificate. Pre-paid cards, gift cards, phone cards and seasonal products are not eligible for returns.
