To ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition, there are many quality measures. It is important that you inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival.

Online Return:

Standard Shipping will not deliver items that have been damaged or are defective.

If you receive your order via Ground Shipping, and it was damaged during shipping, or if the merchandise is not as described in the return instructions, please contact customer service within 72 hours. We will reimburse the cost of the item, minus shipping and handling fees, once the item has been received. We will repair or replace your item if you have any other questions regarding Standard Shipping Orders. Are you not completely satisfied? Standard Shipping items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. If a Standard Delivery item is damaged in manufacturing, you should consult the manufacturer’s warranty. You will be charged return shipping fees. We can often provide replacement parts or service in many cases.

Curbside Delivery Return:

Items that were damaged or defective in manufactures packaging may be sent by an alternative carrier.

If you receive your order but the merchandise is damaged during shipping, please contact customer service within 72 hours. We will assist you with any other questions regarding curbside delivery orders. Please call us within 72 hours of delivery to resolve all issues.

Items sent by Home Delivery damaged or with a manufacturer defect:

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you have 72 hours to notify us. We will help you repair, replace, or pick up your item for a return by calling the number listed in your emailed order confirmation. Orders placed online for No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly or Free Door Delivery may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the customer service number in your email order confirmation to get assistance.

Return in-store purchase:

Check the terms and conditions that you were given when you bought in a store. Sometimes they can be found on the back of your receipt. Each store is independent and has its own policies for returns and exchanges. Contact the store where the purchase was made. You can find the phone number of the store on your receipt, or in our store locator.

Returns on Mattresses and Foundations:

Only mattresses and foundations can be returned if they are damaged or found defective. For assistance within 72 hours after delivery, contact the customer support number in your email order confirmation. Manufacturer’s warranties may cover defects discovered after 72 hours.

Return Requirements:

To receive the full amount of the return policy, the item must be in its original condition. Clearance items are final sale items that cannot be returned unless damaged. Return shipping may incur a fee.

Exchanges/Refunds:

The item(s) returned are checked immediately after receipt.

All exchanges, credits or refunds for the purchase price will be made. Taxes will be refunded according to the applicable state law. Except for damaged or defective merchandise shipping, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
