How can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Roku will issue a refund if your order is returned after it has been placed. These are the steps you need to follow in order to return your order.

  2. Select Questions about my Roku device and managing my order from the initial pull-down menu.

  4. You can also choose Manage, Return or Replace my roku.com Order from the same pull-down menu.
  5. Choose Return or Replace. You will see a returns and exchanges form.
  6. Verify that the order date, order number and your records match.
  7. Please fill in your contact details and shipping details.
  8. Add any comments or details to the return/replacement.
  9. Complete all information and then submit your request.
  10. You will be redirected to a confirmation page containing your RMA number and status. An email will be sent with your RMA number and instructions for returning/replacing the item. Each step should be carefully reviewed to ensure that your RMA is processed quickly.

You can create a Roku account by visiting https://my.roku.com/sign. Make sure you use the same email address that you used to create your account during the initial purchase.

Products purchased on the Roku.com website www.roku.com come with a 30-day money back guarantee. This applies from the time your order ships to the date you pay. If you are unhappy with your Roku device or accessories, we will return the purchased Roku device. For accessories and players, you will be responsible to return shipping costs. Audio products are eligible for free return shipping.

Roku’s return policy is only applicable to products purchased from the Roku site. Refer to the return policy for any retailer where you bought your Roku device.

To ensure that your Roku device is unaltered before you return any product, make sure to contact your factory to reset it.

Return the product in its original packaging. Include all accessories, such as cables and power cords. Return requests may not be granted if damaged products are returned without the original packaging. All items purchased in a bundle must also be returned together. We cannot offer partial refunds for bundles or multipacks.

Roku will pay return shipping costs if you send a product back to them. This is except for Roku audio products. Roku will cover return shipping costs if you are returning Roku Audio products. Contact support to arrange for the return of your product.

You may not be able to see your order if you have not signed into the same Roku account that you used for the purchase. If your order is still not visible on roku.com, click Can’t locate your order? and enter your order details. Then, click Find my order.

You can select your order from this list to see additional details (based on the original purchase date and remaining warranty).

How to cancel or turn off auto-renew on your computer/mobile device

You can cancel or turn off auto-renewal of subscriptions purchased through RokuPay, or through The Roku Channel. Go to Manage subscriptions in your Roku account.

  1. Sign into your Roku account
  2. Select Manage Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription channel under Active subscriptions.
  4. Select Reset auto- renewal.

Select a reason for cancellation to finish the process.

How to cancel and turn off auto-renew on your Roku streaming device

You can cancel channel subscriptions that you have purchased via Roku on your Roku streaming devices.

  1. Use the Roku remote to press Home.
  2. Mark the channel that you wish to cancel.
  3. To open the options menu, press Star with your remote.
  4. Select Manage Subscription.
  5. Select Cancel to unsubscribe.
  6. To confirm, select Cancel subscription.
  7. Select Done.

Cancel or turn off Roku Smart Home Subscription Auto-Renew

  1. Sign into your Roku account
  2. Select Manage Subscriptions
  3. Select Roku Smart Home Subscriptions under Active Subscriptions.
  4. Select Manage Subscription.
  5. Uncheck all cameras, Doorbells.
  6. Recheck your changes and choose to disable auto- renewal.

For the remaining period of your billing, you’ll be able to access all Roku Smart Home Subscription features. If you sign up for a monthly plan in January and then cancel it on January 15, your subscription will continue until January 31. You can still access your annual subscription if you cancel it by January 31.

You’ll still have access to all premium features of a RokuSmart Home Subscription up until the billing period expires. Also, access to any cloud recordings for up 14 days after the billing period expires. Cameras and doorbells are free to use without a subscription. You can cancel at any time by going to Manage Subscriptions > Resubscribe.
