Orbitz offers several ways to cancel your flight reservation:

Cancel online via the My Trips page: Log in to your Orbitz Account. Access your booking through My Trips and follow instructions from your itinerary.

Cancel by Chat: Go to My Trips, or our Customer Support page and click the blue Chat Now button. You will be guided by a virtual agent through cancelling your booking.

Complete the Cancel request form: Enter the itinerary number, phone number and email from the booking. The cancellation request will be processed once the form is submitted.

How to cancel Orbitz flight

  1. Go to My Trips. Log in or enter your itinerary.
  2. Follow these instructions to select “Cancel Flight”.

How to get a refund on Orbitz flight tickets

Can Orbitz allow you to cancel your flight and receive a refund? If your flights are refundable, yes. The MyTrips itinerary will show you the cancellation and change policies of your fare type. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and usually take 12 weeks, but it may take longer depending upon the airline.
