Returns

LIVING SPACES accepts returns on regular stock items within seven days of delivery. All returns of regular stock furniture will incur a 10% restocking charge. The following is important:

  • Custom Special-Order items and items marked as-is are not eligible for returns.
  • Mattresses, box springs and pillows, as well as comforter sets and other bedding products, are not eligible for returns.
  • Refer to the separate exchange policy for mattress and box springs.
  • LIVING SPACE does not charge a restocking fee for accessories like area rugs and lamps, wall art, artificial plant, decorative pillows, and table-top accessories.
  • LIVING SPACE reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or misused by customers.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and disassembled.
  • You will be charged a pickup charge if you return items that need to be picked-up from your home.
  • The initial delivery fee is non-refundable if applicable.

After receipt, all returned items will be inspected. All appropriate credits or refunds will be given for the item(s) returned. Taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. Shipping, handling, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping and pick up fees may also apply. Refunds are usually issued within ten (10) days after the item(s) have been received and processed.

As-is items are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are not available for custom orders, pillows, comforter sets or other bedding products.

How to Return Living Spaces Products

To return a product purchased from Living Spaces, please contact the Guest Services Team by calling (877) 266-7300 to obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) and follow their instructions.

Living Spaces will schedule pickups at customers’ homes. In this case, you will be charged a pickup fee. Call within seven days of receiving your item.

You can send the order at your own expense using a parcel carrier by following these steps:

  1. From your receipt, prepare the Sales Order Number.
  2. For RMA numbers, call Guest Services Team at (877 266-7300)
  3. Completion of the Return Form. Include your RMA number.
  4. You can repackage your item in its original packaging but keep the original packing slip.
  5. Trackable parcel services are recommended. Include your RMA number on the shipping labels.
  6. Send the item to Living Spaces Return at 14400 Arminta St. Panorama City, CA 91402

You can also return the item to any other location.

Exchange Policy

Regular stock items can be exchanged within seven days after delivery. This must be done in a retail location or by calling Guest Services at (877) 266-7300. Regular stock items of equal or greater value can be reselected without a restocking fee, but additional redelivery fees will apply. Regular stock items of lesser value will require a 10% fee and an additional delivery fee. There are no exchanges for Custom Special Orders and As-Is items.

You will be charged a pickup charge if the item to be exchanged must be picked up at your residence. The pickup fee will be charged if the item to be exchanged must be contacted within seven days of receipt. Pick-up dates must be set within 21 days. You will be charged the pick-up fee if you fail to pick up the item or do not make arrangements for it.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel regular stock items within 48 hours of purchase. Cancellations for deliveries to Arizona, California or Nevada must be made 48 hours before delivery. Cancellations made after these deadlines will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Orders placed more than two (2) weeks after purchase at Customer Pick-Up are subject to a 10% cancellation charge.

All cancellations of custom special-order items are subject to a 25% non-refundable security deposit.
