Yes. You can return Wall Connectors, J1772 Mobile Connectors and Wall Connectors within 60 days after receiving the product. Unopened and opened products are eligible for the same return window, but subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returned products cannot be returned for any reason.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. There may be exceptions.

How can I return a product that I purchased from a third-party?
All items purchased from third parties must be returned to the seller. Tesla will not accept returns of any goods purchased from third-party vendors.

Most refunds are processed within 7-10 days of the product being returned to Tesla. The original method of payment will be used to credit the refund.

Only items purchased using a Tesla Gift Card will be refunded in the Tesla Account as an Account Balance. This will be issued to Tesla Account, which was used to redeem original Tesla Gift Card code.
You will receive a refund for items purchased with a Tesla Gift Card or a split payment credit card. Refunds will only be processed for the amount paid first using the Tesla Gift Card. Any balance remaining will be refunded back to the original credit card used for the order. Most refunds are processed within 7-10 days of the product being returned to Tesla and having passed inspection.
